A FAMILY WEEKEND IN GRANADA

Now, we have to plan another trip but this time it has to be for a family (2 adults and 2 children), for a weekend in the centre of Granada.

We have been looking for some hotels which different prices:
- "Santa Paula" hotel, which has five stars and his price is: 163,90$ per night
- "NH Collection, Victoria" which has four stars and his price is: 129$ per night
- "Don Juan" which has three stars and his price is: 66$ per night
In addition we thought about searching some B&B (bed and breakfast) and we found one that looks good: "Nsc Alojamiento", and it´s only 98$ per night

If the family want (or if they choose the B&B), they can go to any of this restaurants:
-  "Los Patos" in the street: Solarillo de Gracia and the average price is 35$
-  "El agua" in Placeta de Agibe which have fantastic views of the Alhambra
-  "El rincón de Lorca" in the street: Angulo, near to the Cathedral

Some activities that they can do:
- Visit the Cathedral: 3$ per adult and free for the children
- Go shopping to the shops near to the hotel they choose
- Have a coffee in "El Suizo"

Or whatever they want to do. If they get lost or need some information about any place that they can visit, they have to go to "Palacio de las niñas nobles" next to the Cathedral, and there they will be helped.

TRIP TO GRANADA'S CENTER

This time, we have to plan a trip for the class, the duration of the trip have to be one day, and both of us think that it will be great to go to Granada's center.

In class we are 26 students, so we have to look for a cheap trip because is only one day.

In the morning we can visit the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel. Next to the Royal Chapel, it's La Madraza Palace that it was an old Arabian University. Then, we can walk along the Alcaiceria and go to the Corral del Carbon that it is the only civil construction that preserves of the Muslim period.

After, we can go to Plaza Nueva and eat our sandwiches there.

In the afternoon, we can see the Chancilleria, go to the Carrera  del Darro street where there are traditional bridges and come to Paseo de los Tristes. Next, through Cuesta del Chapiz we can access to the Albaicín neighbourhood and walking along the streets we arrive to the San Nicolas square.

This trip finishes there, where we see a fantastic view of the Alhambra.

RESULTS OF THE SURVEY AND OUR EXPECTATIONS

The results of the survey have been quite good, almost all of my classmates have said the same.

The questions were in general about the activities we have done with them, if we participated enthusiastically or not, if we liked working together, if we had problems to understand the language or if we had difficulties to understand them.
Others were about if we have enjoyed the experience, if it was easy to understand the assignments, if we used the English with them or if we talked Spanish more or less.
Finally, the rest of the questions were about if we are satisfied with the results of the work.

To sum up, we can say that in general, the expectations about the project were good, and when we finished it and the Italians left the school, we thought the we have to do it again definitely.

WELCOMING TO THE NEW YEAR SCHOOL

Hello again!
We have just started the last year of high school before the University. This new school year is so important for us because in this year we have to decide which career we want to take, some of us have just decided it, but others are still thinking about it.
We have good expectations about this new year but we're nervous about the difficulty of the tests, in fact we already have some incial tests and they were a little bit difficult, but we both think that with constancy we can do it and pass them all.

See you soon!

FINAL OF THE PROJECT

This is the last entry of the year in this blog. In this project we have worked so much and we have learnt lots of new things and improve our english too.
With the project we learnt things about the city (Granada), we have the opotunity to be with italians students for ten days and spend some time with them and also we have learnt about the career we have decided to study in the future.
Both of us think that this project has been so important and so interesting because as we have said before we learnt a lot. If we had more time, we are sure that we could learnt even more, but we only have one hour per week and this is the only bad thing of this.
                                                               See you soon :)

TOUR THROUGH THE CENTER OF GRANADA

We have designed a route for Italian students will come soon as we said before in previous post.

First of all we have decided to explain to the italians a small part of what we will see. And we decided to put some information in a presentation on the website Prezi.

These days ago have been some changes in our timetable and this doesn´t let us time to write new blog posts. However in the classes that we have had with our English teacher, we have been learning how to use modals and have done several tests, the following entry to be published will be a route we have planned for Italian students that will come soon to Spain.

MY HOBBIE

In my free time, I do a lot of things.
I like going shopping with my friends and spending the time with them. When I'm bored I listen to music and sometimes I dance with my sisters, it's very funny!
I like watching TV too, for example series or films, and swimming but I don't practise any sports.
I hate reading. In summer, I love going to the beach with my family. Sometimes, I stay there with my friends and we play in the sea.

MY HOBBIES

HI!
I´m going to talk about my favourites things to do when I have free time usually this time is in the weekends or in holidays.
Well, my hobbies are dancing and listen to music, but in two diferent ways.
To dance I prefer clasical music because I study clasical dance for about seven years, I learn in an academic called AROMAR that is located in Almuñécar where I live with my parents.
But for music I prefer pop and rock like One Direction, 5SOS and Little Mix but I listen more the first and the second groups. I listen to solo artist too like Bruno Mars, David Guetta and Ariana Grande.
